Use Ownership for National Parks
There are several ways to use your Club Points to explore spectacular U.S. National Parks in Southern Utah. Relax, and leave the driving to an expert guide on a Vacation Tour; or use your Club Points to plan your own getaway to Moab, Utah. The addition of two new Explorer Collection hotels in Moab make staying to enjoy outdoor activities easy and convenient, and puts the National Parks and Colorado River at your fingertips.
Hotels
The new Fairfield Inn & Suites Moab sits across the street from Arches National Park, a quick five minutes from downtown Moab. Rates at his hotel begin as low as 275 Club Points for two queen-size beds and 400 Club Points for one king-size bed. At the SpringHill Suites Moab, rich red hues and local artwork paint spacious guestrooms in a pop of color. Rates begin as low as 325 Club Points for two queen-size beds.
Outdoor Experiences
While in town, you can redeem Club Points for outdoor experiences including river rafting, mountain biking and safaris available through the Moab Adventure Center. The Colorado River flows through 11 different national parks, including Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Explore the rapids firsthand on a Colorado River Rafting Day Trip. Select your vessel — paddle rafts, kayaks or oarboats are included in the rate — and launch into one of the most popular stretches of the river. You’ll ride rapids at Onion Creek, Cloudburst, Ida Gulch and the famous Whites Rapid on class I or II whitewater, which are both generally mild.
After a day of rafting, celebrate with a barbecue lunch buffet. Experience this adventure starting at 275 Club Points for adults and 225 Club Points for children. Another option is a shorter half-day trip that starts at 175 Club Points for adults and 150 Club Points for children.
If you prefer to experience the river by land, consider the Moab Hummer Grand Safari. This four-hour trip affords you incredible views while you scale stunning terrain. Bring your camera to capture breathtaking glimpses of the Colorado River Valley and the Moab Valley. Experience the Moab Hummer Grand Safari starting at 500 Club Points for adults and 375 Club Points for children.
Characterized by over 2,000 natural stone arches, Arches National Park is a red-rock wonderland. Picturesque rock formations draw visitors to view natural attractions while hiking, horseback riding or stargazing. To catch all of the Arches National Park’s best sights, embark on a Sunset Discovery Tour. From your seat, revel in views of Balanced Rock, Courthouse Towers, La Sal Mountains, Petrified Dunes and Panorama Point. Then, take a short, guided walk to the North and South Window Arches, Turret Arch and the famous Delicate Arch Overlook. At the end of the evening, the sun paints the La Sal Mountains in vibrant, fiery shades. The four-hour excursion includes snacks, water and park entrance fee all for 275 Club Points for adults and 225 Club Points for children.
The Green and Colorado rivers divide the Canyonlands National Park into four districts: Island in the Sky, The Needles, The Maze and Horseshoe Canyon. Exploring this natural wonderland appeals to the hiker, four-wheeler and photographer. Dead Horse Point sits 2,000 feet above the Colorado River at the edge of Canyonlands National Park. A popular stop for photographers, Dead Horse Point offers stunning views into the deep canyons. Over 16 miles of trails comprise the Intrepid Trail System, popular for hiking and biking. Try the Biking Intrepid tour, a nine-mile intermediate trail that lifts you 6,000 feet above sea level. Experience the adventure for 300 Club Points per person.
